Cancel free of charge until 2 days before the confirmed check-in date. A later cancellation or no-show is non-refundable.
10% lower rate
Cancel free of charge until 7 days before the confirmed check-in date. A later cancellation or no-show is non-refundable.
How to cancel
Contact Ionio using the details in your written confirmation. If an agency handled the reservation, use the cancellation channel stated by that agency. A cancellation is effective when it is received and acknowledged in writing.
Eligible refunds
An eligible refund is returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply and will be explained with the reservation confirmation.

Επικοινωνήστε με το Ionio μέσω των στοιχείων της γραπτής επιβεβαίωσης. Αν η κράτηση έγινε μέσω γραφείου, χρησιμοποιήστε τον τρόπο ακύρωσης που ορίζει το γραφείο. Η ακύρωση ισχύει όταν ληφθεί και αναγνωριστεί γραπτώς.
Επιλέξιμες επιστροφές
Η επιστροφή γίνεται με την αρχική μέθοδο πληρωμής. Ισχύουν οι χρόνοι επεξεργασίας τράπεζας ή παρόχου, όπως εξηγούνται με την επιβεβαίωση.
