Terms of service

The conditions that apply when you enquire about or confirm short-term accommodation with Ionio.

Accommodation service

Ionio provides short-term accommodation in five basic rooms at Χρυσηίδος 51–57, Ίλιον, Greece. Each room is offered for up to two registered guests, subject to confirmation for the requested dates.

Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry does not reserve a room. A reservation exists only after the room, dates, guests, rate, cancellation terms and payment instructions have been confirmed in writing. Ionio processes payment only for confirmed reservations.

Guests may contact Ionio directly or use a travel or tourism agency or office. An agency may have separate terms and privacy practices. The guest must follow the confirmation and payment channel identified for that reservation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is after 13:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Arrival details are supplied with the reservation confirmation.

Guest responsibilities

  • No smoking indoors and no parties.
  • Only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
  • Guests must respect the property, neighbours and applicable law.
  • Pets require prior written approval.
  • Guests are responsible for avoidable loss or damage they cause.

Rates, cancellation and refunds

The selected rate and price appear in the written confirmation. The Standard rate permits free cancellation until 2 days before check-in. The 10% lower rate permits free cancellation until 7 days before check-in. Later cancellation and no-show are non-refundable. See the cancellation policy for details.

All accommodation rates and payments are quoted and processed in EUR.

Availability and interruptions

Ionio may refuse an enquiry before confirmation. If confirmed accommodation cannot be provided, Ionio will contact the guest and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the reservation arrangement.

These terms are governed by applicable Greek law without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Questions and support requests should be directed to the contact details published on this site.
